Here you can find the MATLAB implementation of the virus particle tracking algorithm described in the original ICoS Technical Report. It is still available here due to popular request. This MATLAB toolbox is, however, no longer actively maintained and does not include the latest improvements made to the algorithm. We advise you to instead use the new and improved implementations in C or Java (ImageJ) available from the menu to the left. A detailed description of the algorithm, along with benchmark and case studies, can be found in the following publication:

I. F. Sbalzarini and P. Koumoutsakos. Feature Point Tracking and Trajectory Analysis for Video Imaging in Cell Biology, Journal of Structural Biology 151(2):182-195, 2005. (PDF)

In order to ensure financial support for our project at ETH and allow further development of this software, please cite above publication in all your documents and manuscripts that made use of this software. Thanks a lot!
