MOSAIC is co-organizing the 2012 edition of the BioImage Informatics conference, featuring over 20 prominent invited speakers from this rapidly growing area. The meeting will take place September 16-19, 2012, in Dresden (Germany).

The MOSAIC Group is moving the Dresden in summer 2012. The Web site Computational Biology Dresden is online.

The MOSAIC group is developing new software tools that are of potential use in various fields of science and engineering. On the left side you find links to executable programs, source code, and documentation that you are encouraged to use.

All software is free of charge and most of it is open-source. In order for us to improve the software and keep track of its use, we kindly ask you to provide your feedback by e-mail. We also welcome your contributions to the source code for inclusion in the packages.

If you like our software, we would appreciate if you recommend it to your colleagues and cite our corresponding publications as indicated on the individual download pages.

Our software is constantly improved, so any comments are welcome!
